Return & Replacement Policy



❌ No Return Policy: 


  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.


🔁 Replacement Eligibility:


  • Replacements will be provided only if the product i​s completely damaged during transit.
  • Minor packaging damage does not qualify for replacement.

📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video:


  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the moment the package is opened.
  • The video must show the entire unsealing process without any cuts or edits.
  • No replacement will be processed without this video.

⏱ Time Limit for Reporting:


  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


💸 No Refund Policy:


  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • Replacement is the only resolution available for eligible cases.
